At The Castel, we want you to love what you wear. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

🕒 Returns Window

You may return any eligible item within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Please note, for hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Lingerie

• Bodysuits

• Swimwear (if hygiene seal is removed)

• Earrings or other pierced jewellery

✅ Eligibility Criteria for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.

• All original tags and packaging must be intact.

• You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

🚚 Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage.

• We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

💳 Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the item was faulty or sent in error.
